What is my loan based off?

Your loan is never based off your credit score or bank account. We do not require you to prove income or expenses because we understand those things are private. The funds available to you will only be determined by the value of your vehicle.

When will I get my funds?

Our process is simple. You fill out an application on the phone or online and we determine an amount based off the information you provided. You then set an appointment and go to one of our convenient authorized inspection centers so that they can send us the information to verify everything. That process takes about 30 minutes and then you leave with a check in hand. We never ask your bank account information and you simply take that check to our bank, your bank or any where you can cash checks- The funds are yours TODAY!

Do I need insurance?

Because the collateral is securing your loan, the collateral must be insured with prepaid comprehensive and collision insurance for a minimum of 6 months from the time of the loan. You have the option to send in the documents showing you carry the required insurance OR purchase an optional Voluntary debt cancellation addendum, which is not insurance. This is available only as a voluntary option. All preapproval quotes include this amount so if you show your policy with the required criteria (see loan docs), you will be able to lower your monthly payment. If you choose the waiver, it will be included in your monthly payment.

How will I pay back the loan?

Well, first thing you should know is that you will make 12 monthly payments on your loan and the first one is not due for 30 days from loan date. There is also never a pre-payment penalty and you only pay interest for the time your loan is outstanding. Once you are ready to pay your monthly payment you can either mail it, go to an authorized payment center at Walmart or 7-11, or you can make it on our website. We make it simple because we know life can be complicated- paying your loan should not have to be. All payments are made through a secure payment processor, so we never store your banking or card information.

What if I am late?

The most important thing to remember is keep in contact with us. We do something many of the others don't -- we give a 10 day grace period on every single payment -- You will receive no late fee during that 10 day period- Consider it our gift to you. Once those 10 days are over, you will receive a late fee but if you still need more time to make that payment, call us to see how we can help. We are real people here and there are no scripts for life so we do not read off them either- You will speak to a live person when your account is being serviced and we will do our very best to help you out. I am ready to go -- what do I need to do?

Fill out the application or call us at (phone number listed everywhere), we will preapprove you and set you up for an appointment. While we will ask for your title number or VIN, we can usually set an appointment without it as long as all the information you provide is accurate. You will be directed to bring a couple items for your appointment -- a piece of mail dated within 45 days, the vehicle, your title (or registration if applicable) and your photo ID.

When no one else will lend you money... We will

All loans have a repayment period of 12 months and there is no minimum prepayment penalty. Interest Rates are determined and approved by the State of Florida based on the borrowed amount and the maximum APR (which includes interest rate plus fees and other costs for a year) is 30%. You pay interest only for the time your loan is outstanding. Below is a representative example of the total cost of the loan, including all applicable fees:
